Consumers are given a period of 15 days (including billing date) to pay their bills.
|
After disconnection, the consumer can obtain reconnection by making payment in case of LT services at ERO and in case of HT service at HT Revenue Unit.
|
After 4 months of disconnection, the service shall be liable for removal and termination after adjustment of security deposit available (with one month notice).
